Pastor Wanda serves as the Senior Pastor of Victory Worldwide Ministries.

Pastor Wanda has served in ministry for over 25 years.   Her mission of encouraging others to be great disciples for Christ has always remained the same with every assignment.

Pastor Wanda, as the Senior Pastor,  believes that God is using her to manifest the mission of the church to "Teach the Word of God; Train Christian Disciples; and Reach the World with the Word of God.

Pastor Wanda was licensed and ordained in 1999. She  received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the University of West Georgia and currently seeking a 2nd Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership.

Pastor Wanda is an Entrepreneur: Tax Preparer/ Real Estate Agent/Podcaster and believes that Christians can be successful in Ministry and in the Marketplace with the power, wisdom and strength which is drawn from Christ (Philippians 4:13).

Pastor Wanda is the proud mother of Diamond M. Smith.

Pastor Frank was appointed to serve as Victory Worldwide Ministries 's Executive Pastor in 2018. He is an Atlanta native and true lover of Christ.

He began his walk with God over 35 years ago and had served on several boards and used his past as a great testimony and teaching tool to Christians to teach then how to overcome and defeat the enemy.  His true belief is that Christians can live by faith and overcome the obstacles that keep us from truly experiencing victory. Pastor Frank's passion is to develop God's children into mature body of believers that know their benefits in Christ. He is also passionate about perfecting the Video and Media Ministry as the great Commission spoke of in the book of Matthew manifest before our eyes.

Pastor Frank is the proud father of Kemuel Williams.
